Some of the public areas, and even rooms to an extent, are a bit dated, but the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a great location, ajoining the Rachathewi Skytrain Station, which made getting around super easy, and cheap! Only 1 stop from the shopping area of Siam one way, and one stop from the express train to the airport at Phaya Thai the other way.
