It would have been WONDERFUL if we could have all been put on the same floor with the bride and groom getting the suite. The hotel was far from full and we were very scattered out. We had booked our room over a month in advance and we asked for one queen bed. We were given 2 singles and one friend that had not reserved his room ended up with a queen bed!!Also, charging so much for the internet service in your lobby was ridiculous! We stayed throughout Thailand and never had to pay such inflated prices for interline services at any other hotel. It s clearly a blatent way to overcharge people." |  we stay at the executive suite however we have been charge for 100 thb each for the use of the sauna, jacuzzi and steam witch I believe is not appropriate, April 17, 2010
