This was not possible as the rooms were full that day and they have tried their best by giving us 2 rooms on the same floor, which was good enough and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.However, for the first night, my friends in room 1101 could not have a good rest as there were bed bugs, causing itch and unrest the whole night.We alerted the reception the next morning and we were lucky to have a change of rooms on the same level, for the second night.As for our room 1111, there was something wrong with the sink as the water seems to be clogged and despite having someone to assist us in checking, we were still unable to use the sink as water just won t seem to drain. The toilet was slightly clogged on day 2 as well, but we managed to use it later at night. The lights in both rooms are a little too dim, giving us a slightly gloomy and old feeling.. Cleanliness was acceptable and would be better if the plumbing in our toilets worked well.Maybe these issues should have been expected as this is quite an old hotel...?Perhaps a renovation or makeover would spruce up the place. :)Despite the above, the hotel was generally pleasant. The reception staff were mostly polite, despite a rather unhappy lady who served us during our check-in.
