"staff is friendly and service oriented. I had to change rooms due to a mixup on my end and it was handled very well. Rooms were nice, especially the kitchen. Have returned to this hotel many times and will continue to do so. Great location."

"We love the big room, my daughter loves the orchids and the basket of fruit. The breakfast is excellent, loads of selections and different menu everyday. The hotel staff are courteous, helpful and we love the big outdoor pool. We intended to stay for just 3 nights but went to stay for another 3 nights after our return from Krabi.
