Arrived late night but were welcomed friendly and brought to our room. Had poolview rooms which are spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was big enough, hot water took some time to arrive . Internet free in the room, unfortunately there was a problem so we could not use it, but outside you find so many small internet shops, so we did not miss anything. arriving and departing by car to the hotel via their parking lot is only for small cars as the streets are quite narrow. The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Airport transfer went without a hitch. Did upgrade to a deluxe room as the superior room had twin beds and was rather small. Breakfast was very good as were all meals we had there. The Walking Street (every sunday evening) is within a walking distance - great for people who enjoy night market and a bit of cultural entertainment.
