The reception-staff s English Language proficiency shld be improved. We had to change rooms because as we were told that the hotel only caters to Thais and they dont like air or hot water this seems to be normal for most of the hotels in Thailand. Funny how the room we changed to had the facilities that are listed on the site. Great location near shops market and also the bus station." |
