The staff was very nice with me. The room was clean. The Hotel is in a great location, right next to the Skytrain and the MRT. The rooms were very nice and well priced. I stayed in an Executive Club Room with access to the Club Room ( very nice service..we were well looked after, drinks & food + free internet )...great for lounging is a nice leather chair looking out over Bangkok after a hard days touring. The food was excellent as was the service. A lesson learnt is not to get a taxi from downtown to the hotel but better to get a taxi to the nearest Skytrain or MRT....much quicker than by road; but if you have to...tell the taxi driver to take you to Cowboy Soi...there are a number of Millennium s in town, but they all seem to known Cowboy Soi ( which is 100m down the street ).The only negative was the dangerously fast transfer to the airport in the hotel van ( we couldnt fit into their BMW 5 s )....we could have done with a slower more safer drive and we would have still arrived in plenty of time. Good restaurants at Nana, one stop down on the Skytrain, plenty within walking distance. 100 s of ATM s. Since the grand opening I have noticed a huge change in the effeciency and service of the staff. Very good service on the business floors and lounge. Great location near to everything.
