The room is the same as shown in the picture, very clean and prettily decorated in Thai theme. We were welcomed by the check-in staff, and he helped us with the luggage. There is a very cute pool on the rooftop as well. It s in a great location with Bo Phut pier within 5 minutes walk. We absolutely loved the gorgeous room. We had a balacony that overlooked the sea and our room was spotless! Our bathroom was fantastic, too. The rooftop pool is small but perfect! It was great to laze in the pool with the beautiful views of the sea. The shower was tiled with beach stones set in concrete and as such very hard to clean. The floor was concrete set with smaller stones and similarly felt unhygienic. The towels were very old and not really suitable for purpose. The curtains had velcro tabs which didn t work too well so when we drew them they kept falling off the rail. The manager, Noi, is very nice. She upgraded my room to an ocean view. They took good care of me - making sure I was ok and booked my ferry ticket for me. The owners are not very friendly. I am not sure if they speak much outside of French. They seem to talk a lot to the French speaking folks. The hotel is for sale so they may be burt out. You will need a motor bike since the beaches near the hotel are not very nice.
