The hotel staff keeps the room very clean every day, they always smile and want to help. The pool is very nice and pleasant with a lot of shadow. Tennis table was nice too. Food is good. Location is great, just at the edge of the busy street of haad rin. We stayed in a suite, which was a very nice large modern room, very clean. There was a hot tub room, although we never used this.The staff were very friendly and the hotel restaurant was very good value for lunch.The pool was also good, although mostly in the shade so only a few beds available for sunbathing. However it was very clean, which was welcome given that the sea and beach although beautiful, were rather dirty.
