We are budget travelers and have toured all over asia and usually stay in 3 to 3.5 star hotels and the star hotel claims to be 3.5 but i would not rate it 1.5. The carpets were not vacumed for the 5 nights we were there, they only wiped over things and did not clean them. The carpets were putride and the paintwork in the room had not been done for years, the decore was about 30 years old and in need of a good paint. Breakfast was very ordinary and did not change the whole time we were there, you could have eggs anyway you like as long as they were fried and the pork sausages were alwasy luke warm and never hot.
