Due to work constraints I left my booking number at home. The girl rudely direct me to their email room which I have no idea where and asked to send my email to their hotel. That girl could have at LEAST be more POLITE, friendly and HELPFuL especially to foreigners. The room was not pleasant too. the room phone was not working and I had to call the hotel several times to complain. On top of that I was charged for the tea and coffee making facilities which I DID NOT CONSUMED AT ALL AS I HAVE BROUGHT ALONG MY OWN COFFEE & TEA SACHETS." |
