Room was big but dirty (urine stains on toilet seat, mold in the bath). Staff was INCREDIBLE unfriendly and incompetent (never experienced that in asia). Not willing to exchange currencies. Food at the restaurant was far below average, too. Also the location is in the middle of nowhere and the beach is dirty. The DVD / Book library is just huge. Highly recommended. As other people mentioned, the place is ideal for couples and similar. People who wants to go to nightclubs and bars, should not bother as it is located too remote for that (around 40 minutes to the town). The remoteness is not a big deal if you want to enjoy peace and quiet though, as the resort gives free tours to Krabi, Ao nang beach and various other places in or near Krabi (shopping center, excursions to emerald lake, tiger cave temple etc).
