by SamanthaTomkins Visit Date:October 23, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The most beautiful hotel, with such great style! The room was fantastic, the bath and toiletries left us smelling gorgeous, and the bed was sooooo comfortable! Breakfast was served in a great way, and the setting was perfect. We loved our stay, and wished had arranged for a longer stay! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | THE BEST, January 14, 2011
by Per & Pam Frederiksen Visit Date:January 16, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This is not a businessmans hotel. This is different. Totally different. This is old, kozy and we can feel the walls tells old history. This is not a boring, regular hotel. This is soul. This is home. The staff is all fantastic - and everybody seems to love this house and the work. Ehh.. this is not work. This is lifestyle. We loved the house and the garden . Food great, but maybe a bit slow. Boring winelist. Free phone. Free minibar . Free, fast WiFi all over for smartphone and laptops/iPads. Maybe location is great anyway? Just stay home . Use the pool. Relax. Great beds. Nice linnen. We are impressed. Long live Eugenia. We will stay again. And again. And again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | excellent, December 7, 2009

by Eugenia Ong Visit Date:September 27, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We had a lovely stay at The Eugenia. Not all the staff speak English well but they were all very lovely and helpful. The food was fantastic! My only comment is that the place could be a little better maintained. It was very clean but was a tad run down. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Good booking service - went like clockwork., September 18, 2009
by J Wyatt Visit Date:September 14, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The Eugenia, Bangkok is a delightful boutique hotel, with a very personal style and service. It s a bit quirky but if you re looking for a change from the big 5 star hotels, this is a great option. Nice pool for relaxing around - but small and I wouldn t recommend it for children. The vintage cars wern t available during our stay which was a shame, but they do have their own Tuk-Tuk to run you around the locality." | September 17, 2009 by DEVOR Visit Date:September 12, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Excellent, nothing to say...It was wonderful... all the staff incredible nice...Maybe at breakfast too slow...But very beautiful hotel." | all fine., July 22, 2009 by kerrie alden Visit Date:July 19, 2009 "beautiful boutique hotel but not for every one, as it s like staying in the home of your incredibly stylish great aunt. the staff were very helpful and friendly.the food was excellent. the location is also great." | excellent, April 9, 2008 by Mons Francis Visit Date:April 5, 2008 "A charming piece of old Europe in the noisy Bangkok, with a colonial style.Outsanding service; beautifull rooms, a perfect place where to stay in Bangkok" | Booking was swift and efficient., January 29, 2008 by Vicnent Seufert Visit Date:January 20, 2008 "Absolutely lovely experience! From the simply decorated colonial style bedroom with a four poster bed and copper bathtub, to the warm and richly decorated salon and lounge, to the exceptional welcome of the staff - we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay The Eugenia. The delicious breakfast in the morning was served by the pretty pool area -at night we would hang in the lounge for a night cap and you can browse the interesting collection of books in the library. The cute maid s uniform adds a very nice touch as do the soft Belgian bed sheets and the smell of Jasmine candles in the hallways. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel. ps. they have a blue 1968 Jaguar parked outside the hotel and you can request to get picked up from the airport in it! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | As I am not computer literate it was quite hard- I would prefer to phone and book., December 31, 2007 by Alison Cribb Voumard Visit Date:November 23, 2007 "a perfect place to stay and we would go back there any time!! Plus will do our utmost to recommend to fellow travelling friends." | Very simple, easy and convenient. Was confused why only one breakfast was provided when the room was booked for two. Anyway the hotel was kind enough to allow the breakfast to be shared., August 10, 2007 by Calvin Visit Date:August 3, 2007 "Great Place, Great staff. The location was a little far from the main road/transport, this was overcome by the in-house tuk-tuk. Surprised the soft drinks in the mini-bar were free and Telephone calls were free. Breakfast was also great. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | good price and convenient service, May 2, 2007 by Convert Visit Date:April 22, 2007 "Excellent Hotel.Even the small rooms are very comfortable and very pretty. The service is better and more personalised than in many big chain luxury hotels.Do not hesitate to use the airport transfer service in old Jaguar or Mercedes : a pure moment of happiness !" | Excellent as always., May 9, 2007 by Pim Scharstuhl Visit Date:April 14, 2007 "Very nice hotel with an excellent staff. The hotel has its own tuk-tuk service, which can bring you to e.g. the nearest Skytrain or metro station." | Great booking service. We have used it many times and will continue to do so and recomended it to other people. , February 23, 2007 by Deniz Cole Visit Date:January 9, 2007 "This hotel was a great disappointment. We specifically booked a double room but were given a very dark twin room at the back. When we complained we were told that if we had booked directly with them and not with an agent we would have had the room we wanted. This gave a very bad immediate impression. The service was bad and unfriendly. At breakfast items listed were not given. At lunch I chose a dish that included desert and tea but was told that the sweets were finished and only after complaining was tea brought. At the moment the hotel is totally overlooked at the pool by a multi-story building site which is extremely noisy. Be aware that you cannot relax in the garden and be sure to ask for a room at the front of the hotel. This hotel is not cheap and neither is it conveniently situated. However it is a beautiful building. In our opinion it is not worth the money as you can find far better deals in small and intimate hotels in Bangkok. I have lived in Asia for eight years and now visit annualy. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" | Hotels & Resorts RecommendDestination:Bangkok Location:Rama I Road, National Stadium Address:36/1 Soi Kasemsan 1, Rama 1 Rd.
